| Petit Appetit offers private cooking classes, mom's night in parties, and informational workshops to individuals, groups, and schools who would like to learn how to prepare fresh, healthy, organic baby foods, children's snacks and beverages and family meals, and need some help and inspiration to get started. Classes are held in your own home or facility and usually last approximately 90 minutes. Petit Appetit will provide ingredients, recipes and informational hand-outs. (Petit Appetit does not provide wine or hors d'oevres for parties) |
| Starting Off Right - Cooking for Baby The benefits of making your own baby food and how to promote healthy eating habits to your baby. Topics include food safety, choosing produce, pureeing, steaming, equipment and pantry needs, and food storage. |
| Stocking a Healthy Kitchen Wouldn't it be great to open the refrigerator and pantry and feel confident you can easily create healthy meals for your family? This class will talk about best otpions to have in stock in your refrigerator, freezer and pantry. Learn healthy alternatives to processed and "fast" food otpions. |
